Fibromyalgia is a growing problem among clients. In this course, we will attempt to better understand the client prognosis as well as to develop a course of action when working with those suffering from pain related to Fibromyalgia.
Students will list indications and contraindications of massage when working with fibromyalgia.
Students will identify techniques and tools that may be of use when dealing with fibromyalgia related pain.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of the pathology.
Students will demonstrate techniques to help clients suffering from fibromyalgia.
